The Reactions and Process Engineering Laboratory is a joint research unit under the supervision of the University of Lorraine and the CNRS.

Academic partners

The laboratory is a member of the EMPP scientific cluster, whose mission is to federate research into energy, mechanics, process and product engineering, biological processes, chemistry and physical chemistry of products, industrial engineering and electrical engineering.

It collaborates regularly with the cluster's six other member laboratories. On an academic level, the laboratory's doctoral students are attached to the SIMPPÉ doctoral school.

The LRGP maintains close links with Nancy's engineering schools, where its teacher-researchers teach. It is located at the heart of three of them: ENSIC, IUT Nancy-Brabois and ENSAIA.
